Joly out of Tour

Sebastian Joly, Frenchman on the Francaise des Jeux team, is out of the 2007 Tour after being diagnosed with a tumor. Joly rode nine stages of the 2006 Tour de France as Lanterne Rouge.

Best wishes to him on a speedy treatment and full recovery.
